Three youths gang-raped a minor resident of Sambhal in a moving car. After this the accused left the victim in a hotel in Moradabad Kotwali area and ran away. Kotwali police have registered a case against the three youths resident of Ghaziabad on the complaint of the victim.
The victim does modeling and already knows the three. The victim, resident of Chandausi police station area of Sambhal district, told in the case registered that she has studied till 11th. After this she started modeling. The girl told that she was waiting for a bus to return to Moradabad in Delhi.
Meanwhile, Bharat, resident of rural Lalkuan Wave City, Ghaziabad, along with his friends Anil, resident of Lal Quarter Sihani Gate, Ghaziabad and Sonu, resident of Old Bus Stand, Maliwada Sihani Gate, Ghaziabad, came with their car. The accused stopped the car after seeing him.
The victim told everyone that she was going to Moradabad. Then the accused said that they were also going to Moradabad and would drop her. The victim already knew the accused. On the way, the accused made him drink cold drink mixed with intoxicants.
After this he raped her. The police officer said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against three accused under rape, POCSO Act and SC ST Act. Police is engaged to arrest the accused.
